As far as this post goes: I don’t want to challenge you in any way. Consider it a mental break. Partly because I can’t think of anything that will go beyond a few sentences but more significantly to create a literal conceit concerning life.
Aside from all the work that goes on, people forget to actually stop; to actually rest and recover.
Work is one thing. Relaxing is often seen as not working but is also commonly found in late nights and indulging in all kinds of things that’ll take you down harder and faster than work.
Not only does your body need rest but your mind too. People heal but time is a big factor. And just because you’re doing something fun or something that you love, sometimes doing nothing for a day will help you do everything else for the rest of the week.
I know: everyone’s different. People can function on coffee and three hours of sleep. But I also know that when people say something so often they believe it more and doubt themselves less.
I’m not saying question yourself or change everything that makes you You. I’m just saying actually take a break. Stop everything. Reestablish yourself. Take a few breaths, look as the moon, listen to the wind…
